For off the Scalp Lightening: Place 2 level scoops of Oil Moisturizing Powder Lightener in a non-metallic bowl.
And add the same amount of either 10, 20 or 30 Volume MoisturColor Moisturizing Creme Developer to achieve a smooth and creamy mixture. Apply mixture to the hair and process without heat till the degree of decolorization is achieved. Caution: Fast- acting, monitor continuously. Rinse hair thoroughly.

On the Scalp Lightening: Place 2 level scoops of Oil Moisturizing Powder Lightner in non-metallic bowl. Add the same amount of 10 or 20 Volume MoisturColor Moisturizing Creme Developer, to achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.
Apply mixture an inch away from scalp area working through to the ends of the hair. Wait 10-15 minutes and apply remaining mixture to scalp area. Process without heat till the degree of decolorization is achieved. Caution: Fast-acting, monitor continuoisly. Rinse hair thoroughly.

After Decolorization: Apply MoisturColor Conditoner For Color-Treated Hair, Working through to the ends of the hair.
Wait 5-10 minutes and rinse hair thoroughly. Shampoo hair with MoisturColor Moisturizing Shampoo for Color Treated-Hair, working up a rich lather and rinse. Finish hair with KeraCare Conditioning hair Care System.
